2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only for the Full Access Plan (6-Month Plan).
Other plans, discounted offers, or promotional purchases are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
The request must be sent from the registered email ID used during purchase.
The request must be made within 7 days.
Misuse, excessive downloading, or policy violations may void refund eligibility.

4. Payment Gateway Charges
In case of refund, payment gateway processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
The refunded amount will be calculated after deducting applicable payment gateway fees and taxes charged during the transaction.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 5–7 working days.
Actual credit time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
